    Stacy Keibler (with full name Stacy Ann-Marie Keibler) was born on October 14, 1979 in Baltimore, Maryland. She is an American former professional wrestler, model, and actress.

    Professional wrestler turned actress Stacy Keibler is a blonde with attitude and legs that won’t quit. Judging her sexiness would be like trying to find a fault in Michaelangelo’s paintings,  because she is one babe hotter than the sun on a summer’s day. With her 5 foot 11 frame and pretty features, she makes it her own rule to maintain that enviable physique with the proper diet and exercise.

    Stacy Keibler’s Workout

    • warm up cardio (10 minutes)
    • weight training (45 minutes)
    • cardio (20 minutes)

    Also, she does power walking as an exercise. For her legs, Stacy does a lot of lunges as well. Stacy Keibler also enjoys dancing, she’s been studying jazz, tap, and ballet.

    Stacy power walks around outside for exercise. At the gym she does cardio and weight training. Lots of lunges with low weight for her legs. Before a show she does 10 mins of warm up cardio, 45 mins of weight training focusing on one body part per workout, and then 20 mins of cardio to end the workout. She is a dancer too and studied ballet, tap and jazz.

    Stacy Keibler’s Diet

    On her diet of choice: “I am on Fresh Dining right now, which has totally, totally changed everything for me. It’s gourmet meals delivered to your house at night, and then you have them all ready to go for the next day – breakfast, lunch and dinner and two snacks. It’s fantastic.”

    “My body’s in top shape, I’m very active, I do love to eat, I’m a good cook, but my active lifestyle allows me to burn the extra calories right off.”

    Stacy Keibler’s diet follows the low carbohydrate eating plan, where highly digestible Carbohydrates are replaced by lean proteins and healthy fats.

    Stacy’s diet plan restricts her from eating sugar, white flour, and starchy vegetables, while allowing her to consume as much lean proteins and fats as possible.

    Stacy is full of surprises. Aside from admitting her skills in cooking, she also admits to loving what she calls her “wild” workout. Stacy Keibler’s exercise routine includes spinning, Pilates, weightlifting and cardio workouts.
