Anna Faris Workout:
Although Scary Movie comedienne Anna Faris is already thin, she had to lose 10 pounds for her role in the new movie House Bunny. Unfortunately, Anna said she wasn’t too happy about it because she didn’t think she needed to loose the weight, but after seeing herself in the movie, she was happy about it, given that the camera really does add 10 pounds! So if you need to lose a few extra pounds, follow Anna’s plan and in just 2 weeks you’ll be at your goal weight!
“I think before the movie I was the last woman in Los Angeles who hadn’t done Pilates.” Anna says. “Now it’s part of my daily routine.”
“I really like to hike. I love the idea that it invites so much conversation with the people that you’re with.” Anna shares. “Before you realize that you’ve worked out hard, you’ve also had a great moment with your friends or whomever you’re with!”
Although she wasn’t too fond to be working out, she says she was thankful that she did it because she wasn’t really getting much exercise. She workoued out 5 days a week (45 minutes each session). These sessions included weight lifting, lunges, sits-up, pilates as well as the treadmill. Starting about six weeks before filming, Faris worked with her trainer and pilates instructor, Nicole Stuart, six days a week, ran a minimum of three miles per day.
Anna Faris Diet:
Currently, Anna is presumably following the Alkaline Diet which is a diet that follows strict guidelines according to the body’s pH. The noraml pH of a human being is anywhere between 7.36 to 7.44. Most people consume large amounts of highly processed foods that acidify the bodys’ pH balance. This is where a lot of diseases start, when the body’s pH isn’t regulated, and therefore can start problems.
