    Anushka Sharma (born 1 May 1988) is an Indian actress and former model who appears in Hindi films. Anushka Sharma is a model-turned-actress from Bangalore. As a model, she was the showstopper for Wendell Rodricks’ Spring-Summer 2007 collection. Later, she appeared in ad campaigns of Silk & Shine, Whisper and Fiat Palio. Anushka made her Hindi film debut opposite Shah Rukh Khan in Aditya Chopra’s Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (December 2008). So enjoy to Read Her Workout And Diet routine Given below:

    Anushka Sharma Diet:

    I am a non-vegetarian but I prefer eating vegetarian food and like only certain dishes in non-vegetarian. In vegetarian food, I like eating parathas and veggies. I don’t like much besides apples and bananas.I feel hungry after every 2 hours, and I eat sandwiches.

    In Breakfast i eat 2 Egg and a glass of fresh juice. I sip on Lemon juice or coconut water daily. For lunch I have Dal, roti, sabzi. Dal is a must. My favourite is wholegrain dal. When I eat food from home, I feel lighter so I carry lunch. My dabba usually contains roti, salad and dahi.

    On Sundays My family usually does brunch. We have dosas and khichoni, a soup made from onions and tomatoes. While shooting for Yashraj, I had chilly cheese toast from the canteen cafeteria. They have nice sandwiches, brownies and ice cream. If she is awake for long at night she has a glass of milk and done for the day.

    Anushka Sharma Workout:

    I never compromise with my workout schedule. If I’m unable to exercise in the morning, I make sure I do so in the evening. And if I’m shooting at a faraway location, I make sure I go for a jog or a walk and eat right.” She likes to weight train four days a week for an hour and supplement her workouts with yoga.

    Although dancing is a great form of exercise and I love it, it doesn’t really feature in my regular workout regimen. Dance is more of a cardiovascular workout and as a person who doesn’t put on weight easily, I don’t need to go high on cardio, really.
