Victoria Davey “Tori” Spelling (born May 16, 1973) is an American actress. Spelling became known in the early 1990s for her role as Donna Martin onBeverly Hills, 90210. Spelling then had roles in a string of made-for-television films, such as A Friend to Die For and Mother, May I Sleep with Danger?. She later appeared in several independent films such as Trick and The House of Yes.

Tori Spelling has kept her figure very slender all the years she has been in the public eye. After having her son Tori slimmed down with Nutrisystem and exercise, but this time after having her second child a baby girl named Stella Doreen McDermott June 9 2008 via C section Tori wanted to do something different.
Tori Spelling’s workout To tone up and to supplement her diet, Spelling works out three times a week with her personal trainer Sam Levine, who puts her through a tough mix of cardio, yoga and kickboxing.
“We do a lot of kickboxing, work on the abs, squats and lunges,” she says. Her motivation? Skinny-style jeans! But she says, “I’m happy with the way I look. I don’t think about getting down to size 0 or a size 2 because that was before. I’m a mom now!”
Honestly, I’m not doing much. That’s been the hardest part, the workout. I try to do two days a week. I do treadmill, and with the trainer, Sam Levine, we do fun stuff like kickboxing. And a lot of ab work to help my belly. Once the weight came flying off, I was excited to get on the scale everyday. It was like a competition. I’m very competitive.
“For me to go to the gym and leave my kids doesn’t make sense.” She walks with her family and takes her family swimming when weather permits.” To tone up Tori does three sets of 12 crunches and sit-ups every day, as well as squats, and she also lifts weights.
She is doing prenatal yoga to make sure she’s in perfect pregnancy health. She had a prenatal yoga lesson in the comfort of her own home, wearing a spandex pink singlet and black leggings.

Tori Spelling’s diet involves the food-delivery program NutriSystem that helped a lot of people lose weight through their calorie-controlled pre-packaged meals.
Tori on her weight before her pregnancy – “I’ve been lucky. I don’t know if it was genetics or age. I would eat healthy at times and pig out at times, but I never had to go on a strict diet plan.”
Tori didn’t count calories, but focused on eating health fully. She shared a typical diet in the interview: “Breakfast was yogurt, fruit and nuts. Lunch was homemade soup with a sweet potato or soy milk base. We’d snack on celery and peanut butter, and then I’d make lean protein with vegetables for dinner.”
