There Are Many ways to tighten your Skin after Weight lose And Lots of reasons behind it. After Many lifestyle & diet changes , you have lost weight. After regular weight lose our skin gets lose. As you lose fat and your loose skin begins to appear. The good news is that there are toning exercises that along with eating a healthy diet and performing cardiovascular exercise can help you burn that extra flab and tighten skin on your belly. Continue to exercise on a regular basis using weights and strength training to improve problem areas. Below are some examples of skin toning exercises that will tighten up your skin in no time! Try to perform at least 15 – 20 repetitions of each exercise listed below.

    1. Don’t Panic For Weight Lose:

if you have a weight issue, lose weight now! The sooner you lose weight, the better the chances your skin will tighten on its own. Weight lose is the First issue for loosing skin. If you want to lose weight you set your aim for 1-2 pounds of fat lose per week. Building muscle fills out the skin from underneath to keep it looking elastic and youthful. Early weight Dieting and excessive amount of workouts and exercising can rapidly shed your Skin, Muscles and fat. Which results a double whammy on your skin, the supportive underlying muscular structure that holds skin against your body is lost, as is the fat that keeps the skin stretched out.

    2. Eating Properly:

Skin stretches to accommodate extra weight, then droops like a deflated balloon when the underlying fat decreases, especially if weight loss is rapid. Two ingredients that keep skin plump and elastic are collagen and elastin, and the protein to help form these is found in cottage cheese, milk, legumes, tofu, beans, seeds, nuts and fish. The oils in these foods will also help with skin elasticity.

    3. Drinking Lot of Water:

Many studies show that drinking at least 8 glasses of water every day maintains moisture in your skin. Dry skin cracks while moist skin stays flexible and supple because water hydrates your body. Aim for at least 6-8 glasses a day. If you don’t meet this target, don’t worry, you’ll get extra water from your food. If you’ve met this goal already, aim for more, especially when you’re very active.

    4. Scrubbing Your Skin:

Scientists think the reason using sea salt scrubs (or other scrubs) helps tighten skin after weight loss is that they encourage increased blood flow, which in turn encourages healthy, elastic skin.I’ve found that using a body scrub twice a day or a loofah is a great way to tighten loose skin. Whatever the exact reason, it does seem to work for many people… try using a good scrub in the shower twice a day, several times a week, and see if it helps you!

    5. Use Moisturizer Every Day:

Moisturizer will add up to 70 percent of moisturizer to your skin. When you are losing weight, it is good to use a moisturizer as it will help you to maintain that elasticity as your body is shrinking. Cover your body in heavy moisturizer each night before you go to bed.

    6. Exercise As Much As Possible:

During and after losing weight, you still want to make sure you exercise and lift weights. When you exercise, you build more muscle, which actually plumps up your skin from inside and makes it look tighter. Also, exercising and lifting weights will make sure you don’t gain all that weight back that you just lost. We are talking about sit ups, push-ups, running and anything else you can think of. When you are exercising, you will be building those muscles up. This will go up your skin from the inside and give it that tighter appearance. When you exercise, you will be making sure that you will not make all the weight back that you just tried so hard to lose.

    7. Use A Collagen Cream:

Another way to tighten skin after weight loss is to keep it nourished with a collagen cream, one designed specifically to cope with loose, sagging skin. They can be pricey, but well worth the expense when they work. Note that collagen creams won’t work for everyone (nothing ever does), so ask family and friends for recommendations before you invest in a range of products that aren’t effective.

    8. Massage Therapy:

According to various scientific studies, massage may aid in weight loss. It is thought that massage properly done is able to burst the fat capsule in subcutaneous tissue so that the fat exudes and becomes absorbed by the body. Just think of the implications for cellulite! Naturally you want to look good and massage can improve the appearance & tightening of your skin and its texture and shape – but the key is regular massage.

    9. Age Factor:

Your skin loses elasticity as you age. For older people who have lost a large amount of weight, excess loose skin may not be able to recover the tightness it once had. The younger you are, the better the chance that your skin will rebound. It is important to be realistic about your body’s capabilities, and to focus on the fact that you are healthier than you once were, loose skin and all.

    10. Use Astringent Daily:

One fast way to tighten skin is to use an astringent daily. There are many natural astringents like witch hazel and tea tree oil that work quite well. However, you can also use plain lemon juice as an astringent. Swab it on with a clean cotton ball after washing your face. Let the lemon juice sit on the skin over night and splash it clean in the morning.

    11. Yoga & Running:

Yoga and running, both exercises that may have helped you lose the weight initially, will be of limited help in eliminating that extra skin.Running is a great way to lose weight to begin with, but it doesn’t contribute directly to skin elasticity. The best you can say for running in this regard is the extra activity may contribute to generally healthier skin, which can mean some recovery of elasticity.Yoga practice consists of putting your body through a series of postures that improve your balance, endurance, flexibility and strength.Yoga will help you relieve stress, be more flexible, lose weight or maintain a healthy weight, and even help your skin rebound after weight loss. Some of these postures will directly stretch the skin in your abdomen, which may improve the elasticity. As the elasticity improves, your skin can contract to reduce or eliminate the loose skin.

    12. Do Daily Calisthenics:

Calisthenics are great for building lean muscle, great for your heart, and they’re even great for tightening skin after weight loss. In order to see the benefits of calisthenics, muscles must be worked to the point of fatigue and ideally as part of a circuit training program. Push-ups, sit-ups, jumping jacks and squats are common calisthenics that most people have done, if only in gym class. Muscles exercised to the point of fatigue and then allowed to recover become toned. When done according to the guidelines of circuit training, calisthenics provide the cardiovascular workout necessary to burn fat and reveal lean, sculpted muscles.

    13. Skin Tightening Surgery:

For people who eat well, exercise and drink plenty of water but still don’t see results, surgery is an option for removing excess skin. As with any surgery, there are risks, but for some, those risks are outweighed by the benefits. Talk to your doctor for different types of weight loss surgery. So much of cosmetic surgery has been devoted to battling the natural signs of aging.  Skin care professionals and plastic surgeons have developed numerous solutions to smooth out wrinkles or tighten sagging skin on the face or body.
