Her fitness regime includes a lot of weight training and strength training to keep her lean and accentuate her curves without bulking up. She concentrates on her legs, which keeps her butt lifted and tight. According to Malaika, the breakfast should be like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a poor! As a rule, I avoid red meat, fried and oily food. I don’t binge, I eat three proper meals in the day and I hate snacking, which I believe is a killer for your body. She doesn’t follow any particular diet but prefers eating good and healthy food! But I don’t deprive myself of anything that I crave – eat and burn it off is what I believe in. And fortunately, I have no vices like smoking and drinking.” She Follows The Given below Diet:
Breakfast: Eggs, multigrain toast, any one fruit, a glass of juice or idlis. Immediately after a workout, I take in protein in the form of egg whites, a banana or a protein bar.
Lunch: Brown rice, fish, chicken, lots of veggies, salads and dal or sprouts. I have chapatis only if they are made from jowar or bajra. I eat very little oil or salt.
Dinner: I eat early, by 7 or 7.30 pm. It’s always light and consists of grilled salmon, steamed veggies and soup.
