    Malaika Arora Khan (born on 23 August 1973), also known as Malaika Arora, is an Indian model, actress, television personality and former MTV VJ. She is one of India’s top item girls. She is most famous for her dance on the song “Chaiyya Chaiyya” (1998), more recently, “Munni Badnaam Hui” (2010) and “Anarkali Disco Chali” (2012).

    Malaika Arora Khan Workout:

    Her fitness regime includes a lot of weight training and strength training to keep her lean and accentuate her curves without bulking up. She concentrates on her legs, which keeps her butt lifted and tight. She also does variety of triplanar lunges, single-leg squats, Bulgarian split squas, weighted squats, band walks, floor-lying isolation work. Apart from these, she also does kickboxing, free weights, kettle bells, medicine balls, stability balls and body weight.

    “I try to go to the gym at least thrice a week for an hour-and-a-half. My form of exercising varies from kick-boxing to aerobics to hip-hop which ensures that I exercise different body parts each time.”

    “Fitness is an integral part of my life and it’s not limited to working out.” To stay in shape despite being a mother, Khan combines her love of dancing with workouts guided by a personal trainer at least three times per week for 90 minutes a session. Her workouts often include kickboxing, aerobics and hip-hop dance.

     Malaika Arora Khan Diet:

    According to an interview with India Times, Khan is actually opposed to the concept of dieting. The actress explains, “I’m not rigid, but I’m very particular that I eat right.” She claims to eat three meals per day and burn off excess calories through exercise.

    According to Malaika, “the breakfast should be like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a poor!  As a rule, I avoid red meat, fried and oily food. I don’t binge, I eat three proper meals in the day and I hate snacking, which I believe is a killer for your body.” She doesn’t follow any particular diet but prefers eating good and healthy food! “But I don’t deprive myself of anything that I crave – eat and burn it off is what I believe in. And fortunately, I have no vices like smoking and drinking.”

    She Follows The Given below Diet:

    Breakfast: Eggs, multigrain toast, any one fruit, a glass of juice or idlis. Immediately after a workout, I take in protein in the form of egg whites, a banana or a protein bar.

    Lunch: Brown rice, fish, chicken, lots of veggies, salads and dal or sprouts. I have chapatis only if they are made from jowar or bajra. I eat very little oil or salt.

    Dinner: I eat early, by 7 or 7.30 pm. It’s always light and consists of grilled salmon, steamed veggies and soup.
